Landing

Drop (Landing) — implemented with jumps and dismount.

For each tracer depending on his experience and physical conditions the height for landing is different. Do not try to immediately flee into the street and experiment, trying to find out what is your limit height for landing! It is silly.

We often say that the height from which you can jump off must be not bigger that the height on which you can jump on!

It is important to know some points of implementation this type of landing:

- The most important thing is that you should feel your body position during the flight and to understand how you need to land, probably you will have to land using a roll.

- Landing must be on your toes, feet should look on the direction of the arc (motion) . This will reduce the chance be injured in the ankle. Keep your legs slightly bent until you hit the ground and then allow them to bend a bit further until the impact is absorbed by the muscle chains of the legs. Also do not swamp your knees inward. Otherwise you will pinch the medial meniscus or damage cruciate ligaments. Do not land on your straight knees this can lead injury of the lateral meniscus and even their medical removal.

- With the help of the arms extinguish the force of attraction, springs them on the surface and bend in the elbow (inside as shown in video or in part, you can choose for yourself as you are comfortable).

If you decided to try, start with a small height, but before do warm-up exercise, warm up a good knee, ankle, back and hands.

Otherwise, you can easily get injuries and later chronic diseases of the joints.
