Dear friends

We are pleased to inform you that we open the video section with description of tricks, acrobatic and other elements. These videos will help you in training and development of physical abilities, aimed at realizing the potential capabilities of human body! We hope that our videos will help you to avoid mistakes and injuries that badly affect health and physical development of your body. We will pay particular attention to different kinds of tricks and acrobatics performed in outdoor conditions. We grow and develop together with you and share our experience during training different environments. We are interested to explore ourselves and our physical abilities. We do understand parkour like the form of freedom, learning opportunities of our body and most important that this knowledge is gradual, not hurried, structural, step by step and reasonable in all areas of sports activity.

Do not limit yourself to so-called “basic” elements, try whatever you’re interested in and that will be your own parkour. But do it slowly with the maximum concentration and correct approach.The beginning of proper training will give you excellent results in the future. Don’t do the things for which you are not physically ready, otherwise you will have to stop training for couple year or maybe to stop at all.

Now we are preparing a specially designed exercises for physical development, coordination, stretching, strengthening muscles and ligaments. Today in TRICKS video section you can see the first video about Front Flip with subjacent exercises.
