 Lazy
Lazy – is a simple and very convenient way of overcoming the obstacle. We have a variety of its implementation: with the help of the stroke of distant leg (in England called – Slide Monkey) and with stroke of the closest leg. In this case on the video you can see the way of overcoming an obstacle with the stroke of closest leg which is very convenient because the obstacle is not very high and the movement is parallel.

 Double Monkey (Double kong)
Double monkey – one of the spectacular ways of overcoming the obstacles but also it is very effective in cases when you need to overcome two relatively high obstacles or one long. First of all more convenient to use double monkey if the height of the obstacles is to the waist or chest because not always you have strength to push body into a protracted monkey (Kong) and do not cling with your knees.

 Monkey
Monkey – is very effective and at the same time spectacular way of overcoming the obstacles. Run and jump like “one leg jump” or with the two legs, draw on both handstand and carry feet between them. There are many variations of performances. This is King kong vault, where you need fly above long obstacle and make a pillar in your hands on the end of the obstacle.
Double king kong — in such method the reliance on hands performs at the beginning and on the end of the obstacle. Also there is a method like Monkey for far flight. In this case jump is made from the floor by feet and hands simultaneously with aim to fly as far as possible from the obstacle.

Dash – the movement which is used for skipping over the relatively low barriers. Proceed from the surface of shaking, do max foot and take off up bend your knees, raise them to the top, then smoothly land your hands on obstacle and let your legs forward bouncing from the surface of the obstacle. It is important to understand on what altitude you can jump. As well you have to be well-prepared, have strong physically hands, especially mashed and sprain wrists and forearms.

 Landing
Drop (Landing) — implemented with jumps and dismount.
For each tracer depending on his experience and physical conditions the height for landing is different. Do not try to immediately flee into the street and experiment, trying to find out what is your limit height for landing! It is silly.
We often say that the height from which you can jump off must be not bigger that the height on which you can jump on!

 Reverse
Reverse – is one of the ways of jump when you lean on hands and turn through 360 degrees over the obstacle. It can be used and performed in the case you find yourself in close proximity to the obstacle. Or, if necessary, to stop just outside the barrier. As you jump up over the obstacle, bear on your arms and made a base turn 360 degrees. Then do a slight push by your hands from the obstacle. When you land look on your ankle and knees, do not let it be twisted in joints.

 Lazy
Lazy (slide monkey) — vault over the obstacle that can be performed in different variations over the obstacles with different heights. If you move along the obstacle swing the closest to the barrier foot and lean your whole body and place closest to the obstacle arm on it. Swing your other leg up and over the obstacle and as your body weight passes over the obstacle, place your free hand down behind you to help you keep balance. Then push with both hands and perform dismount. If the obstacle is very high or you move to it at sharp angle, then you will be hard to do swing by closest leg, it is very inconvenient! In this case swing your far leg. Depending on the height of the obstacle use roll or landing.

 Speed
Speed – is very simple at first glance way of overcoming the obstacles. For its execution get close to the obstacle: push off from one leg and reach your hand to place it on top of the obstacle securely. Carry your body parallel to the barrier. This move is performed at high speed. It is important not to forget about swinging leg up to bring the body parallel to the obstacle. Then make a little push by your hand, keep your momentum going forwards, control your landing. Land on your ball and place it straight forwards your direction to reduce impact and avoid ankle injuries.
